Chief is a mixed breed puppy, probably lab and beagle dog. Chief was found wandering the streets of Pine Bluff. If he had been taken to the local pound it would have meant almost certain death. In the last 5 years over 8500 dogs and cats have been destroyed at that facility alone with just 900 adoptions.
