He had a potential adopter lined up that we waited for a week and half to come meet him and when they got to the foster home they couldn't wait 10 minutes for his foster mom to get there so he is still with STAR! He is safe and sound but still needs to find his forever home.**** This big guy just needs some love! Chief is a 3 yr old dogue, a little on the small side. Not sure exactly but I would guess 80 or 85 lbs. He was turned in by his owners because they didn't have time for him. He did really well during his temperament test at ACCT in Philly where he was turned in to. He seems to be fine with other dogs and cats. Can't someone help this sweetie get out of the kennel???

Our adoption fee for dogs is $250 each and adult cats are $75. We will not adopt a pet to you if all of your current pets are not spayed/neutered. This is a non-negotiable policy of STAR.
