Chico is a nine year old Chihuahua, he is a very sweet mild mannered boy who is looking for his place in this world.
Chico and his friend were handed over to a kill shelter after being owned by one person their whole lives. They were both scared, but Chico was terrified. Due to his demeanor in the shelter Chico's friend was adopted, but he was left behind to be euthanized.
Chico's foster mom took him in after little consideration and never regretted it. He is such a sweet and loving boy that gets along great with everyone. He is happy to share a house with other dogs.
Chico does demand that he sleeps under the covers. He does sleep all through the night and naps during the day, but when his people are home he is very excited to see them. He loves to go outside and he holds his own with the big dogs (or at least he thinks he does).
He is potty pad trained and will also go outside to potty. He is great with kids and other animals, including cats.
