Chico was first spotted roaming the streets. It was obvious that someone dumped him on to the streets near Skid Row over that weekend, like so many dogs before him. I asked one of my homeless volunteers to help me catch him because I was having no luck. Three days later, he was in the arms of Benny, who caught him easily. Poor Chico was probably so tired, hungry and thirsty that he just could not run anymore. Now he is living at a doggy daycare until we can find a forever home for this little guy.
