Meet Chi Chi. Chi was owner surrendered to animal control because her owners could not take care of her any longer. She is a highly affectionate and sweet little girl. You can tell that she has been in a home her whole life because she is very sad in her kennel but once she gets into the office with people she is a happy little gal. She loves to sit in your lap and for you to hug on her and she gives the sweetest kisses. She would make an excellent little lap dog and great companion. Please help her find her forever home so she does not have to be sad any longer.
