Chex

Hi, my name is Chex. The world may not be black and white, but this boy is! Like a kind of checkerboard but definitely *not* boring. I really like meal time, meatballs, playing with papers on the floor, helping move beds around our room, playing with toys, treats, and all that good stuff. I'm maybe a bit reserved -- I like climbing into a lap and being invited to play but not so much being picked up yet. Our lady cuddles me lots where I am which is usually on a bed, and I do like those tummy rubs when I'm laying down. Oh, and did you know that toes are entertaining? Yes they are! We're pretty impressive at using the papers in our room. We haven't had a chance to meet children, cats or other dogs yet, and look forward to playing outside where that will happen! Chex is estimated to be 3.5 months old and 11 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
