Meet Chelsea a 3 year old spayed German Shepherd. She is currently being fostered in the Portland, OR area awaiting her forever home. Chelsea needs a pack leader and good training to get her where she feels secure in the home. She is a sweet girl and loves to play with other dogs! Outside is her favorite place to be other than the sofa and her kennel nest. With this, Chelsea would benefit from a fenced yard with lots of walks in between. We are hopeful that her new pack leaders can show her a trick or two and help her adapt to the good life she deserves.
