Chelsea appears to have the body features of a Beagle and the coloration of a German Shepherd. She appears that she will be of small-medium build as an adult. Chelsea is timid and will need someone who will build her confidence through love, attention, and training. She would not be good with young children at this time as she may nip when scared. She appears that she would be good with other dogs, and cats. Chelsea entered the shelter on 3/15/08. She was estimated to be 3 months old at that time.
