Checkers arrived at the shelter on 5/30/24 and in now available for adoption. Checkers is a Red Heeler mix who is around 6 months old. Checkers has been given his first booster shot and has been wormed. Looking for a new furry friend? Look no further than Checkers! This young, male dog is friendly, affectionate, playful, and smart. Checkers is very energetic and loves to run and play, but he also knows when it's time to settle down and cuddle. He's a great listener and loves to be around his human friends, and he's sure to learn all the tricks in the book with some love and attention. Checker gets along great with other dogs.
