My Story

Checkers is an 8-10 month old Shih Tzu mix. He loves to go for car rides and enjoys going out to have a fun day. He is calm and very easy to handle. Checkers hopes to find a loving, caring, family who is looking to add a new member to their family. Checkers is good with children. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Petco on Bay Area Boulevard. The adoption fee is $125.
