My Story

Introducing Chase, a golden retriever mix whose radiant smile matches his boundless affection. True to his name, Chase finds joy in playfully pursuing toys and bounding alongside his doggy companions. And he may even help you with mowing the lawn.....LOL Abandoned on a rural Texas road, he was a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. He tends to be a bit shy at first in new surroundings. Having another dog in his new home will help him adjust and give him a play mate. He loves to play chase and a good tug toy. This boy is crate trained and even has attended obedience school, where his sweet disposition shinned brightly, earning him accolades. His family must understand the importance of reinforcing the training he received. Chase is great with the older children he has met, he has not lived with any so we want his new home to have kids over 7. He does sometimes get sick while in the car, so the less traveling, the better for this guy. He is not a couch potato... so walks, running time in the yard, hiking, he will be your guy. While he may be a bit shy in unfamiliar surroundings, his foster mom insists that Chase isn't just good--he's truly great!!!!! With love and patience, Chase is poised to become the cherished companion he was always meant to be.
