"The girls at the vets named me "Charlie Brown" because they thought nobody wanted me when I was brought there, but they all loved me, so do the volunteers at NCCR and maybe you will too if you come and meet me. I do love everyone that I meet and other dogs are pretty cool too. I'm just a young fella, with energy, but I'm pretty smart so can learn whatever you'd like me too!" Charlie is a 10 mo. old Rottweiler/Boxer mix. He's neutered and vaccinated.
