Charlie is a timid guy that just needs some TLC. The shelter environment can be hard for guys like Charlie and we hope to get him out soon! He is super cute and super loving once he warms up to you. Charlie needs to get out of the shelter soon, he has grown up here. He LOVES other dogs and feels much more confident with them. He needs a calm home where he can discover what life has to offer!
