Charlie is adorable. just the cutest little guy at 11 lbs and 10 yrs old. He is neutered and vaccinated and chipped. He has had a rough life. He does need a fenced yard and someone home or works from home would be ideal. Charlie is ok with other dogs, best if his size, Not much of a player. He is independent at times. when walking him if not ready to turn around he plants himself . so funny. I just sweep him up and in we go.
Charlie came from Maryland. He was tossed aside as if he didn't count , He does. Best if you are in charge , he respects that.
Charlie was never taken care of and he very thin. We are working on that. So soft foods and he gobbles them down. He lost a lot of teeth when he had a dental but likes to eat.
He was neglected and never loved the way he should be loved and cared for. . if you want a special guy come meet Charlie and fall in love.

He is a cuddle bug and loves the couch. best in a calm home where he is happiest. Only older kids 14 + NO CHAOS please.
