Charlie is a 10 month old male Border Collie mix that came to us after his owner dropped him off with family and never came back for him. He is very sweet but has the energy and intensity of the Border Collie and will do best with a fenced yard and older children. We do not recommend herding breeds with young children. He appears to like other dogs and will use up excess energy with a playmate.
