About Me
Characteristics
Curious, Affectionate, Friendly, Gentle, Athletic, Smart, Good with other dogs
Meet Charlie, he is a 9 month old shepherd/cattle dog mix and weighs 60 pounds. Charlie is a sweet sensitive dog with nice house manners and his energy level can be pretty mellow for such a young fella. He's housebroken and crate trained. His current living situation is in a foster home with other dogs and a cat.
He is more of a stay at home and enjoying walks around the neighborhood dog rather than going out to loud noisy places. Charlie loves to play with toys and is learning to bring back the ball when thrown. He can be shy when first meeting new people and takes some time to warm up to them. Small children are scary to him so a home with older kids is recommended. He would be happiest in a home with another dog of similar size, providing him with the companionship and playtime he needs.
Are you ready to open your heart and home to this incredible pup? Charlie is waiting to become your loyal, loving, and endlessly entertaining new family member. Give him the chance he deserves, and you'll experience the joy of a furry friend who's always up for fun and adventure.
Contact us today to arrange a meeting with Charlie, and let the journey to a lifelong friendship begin. Don't miss out on the chance to make Charlie a part of your life!
Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard.
If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.
