Hi My name is Charlie. Im considered one of the sanctuary favorites because Im such a fun loving guy. Im always smiling and nothing gets me down. I love to greet everybody and Im friendly with other animals. Im a medium size dog so Im not too big or too small, just right. The rescue thinks Im about 4 years old.
