Charlie is a beautiful , healthy 9 year old border collie/ spiringer spaniel cross. He is highly intelligent and fully trained. He was adopted by his guardian 4 years ago amd is being given up with great sadness by his guardian due to unexpected declining health. Charlie gets along well with other dogs and people . He is definitely a 1 person dog and does exhibit anxiety and has been known to resource guard his treats when another dog is around.I have no idea how he is around cats. Children are not recommended. Charlie has been part of a multi-dog household for the past 4 years. He is not suited to a condo or apartment because he does whine and howl for some time before he settles. A house, preferably detached is what he will need
