Charlie

Charlie is a 5 month old Poodle/Shih Tzu mix. His mother was the poodle and father the Shih Tzu. Charlie has had his first puppy shots but is not neutered. This will be done prior to his adoption. He will also be groomed and have a haircut. Charlie is living with his sister, one toddler and two adults. He is being crate trained and house trained. He is full of energy and just too much for the toddler to handle. Charlie's owner would like Charlie to go to a good home where he will get a lot of attention and training. She has not had time to work with both dogs and Charlie needs a lot of TLC. Charlie is going to be a small dog so he needs a secure fenced yard for his size to run, play and be safe. Charlie will also require regular grooming and haircuts because of the two breeds. Charlie is not completely house trained. He will need continued work on this as well as learning his commands, leash training and house manners. Charlie will make someone a wonderful house pet if they take the time and have the patience to adopt a new puppy. Charlie does not want to spend a lot of time in a crate so he would like to have a family who will make him a member of the family, take him for walks, and allow him to be inside with someone at home to care for him.
