This adorable youngster is a courtesy posting for a rescue angel who found him wondering in a subdivision in Dothan Alabama! Obviously he was dumped- no microchip, has been neutered, is housebroken, walks beautifully on a leash and is great with other dogs..both large and small!! Charlie weighs 28 pounds and we feel he appears to be a cross between a corgi and a schipperke!?!
His energy level is medium...loves running and playing with other dogs in his Rescue Mom's grooming business-tossing toys in the air and then content for rest time. The vet feels he is 18 months to 2+ years and he is in wonderful shape to have been picked up as a stray. He's good with children, did I say he also loves being your lap dog?
He is ok around a resident cat who is dog saavy but not another older cat..so I would say no to cats.
