Charley is around 6-7 years old and weighs about 58 lbs. He has the greatest face. His forehead wrinkles up when you talk to him and it's adorable!
He was apparently hit by a car because he was found with both bones in his front leg broken in two. After orthopedic surgery in January, he is getting around pretty well. A dog trainer who volunteers her time with us took Charley into her home for a while to temperament test him. She thinks he's the greatest dog ever! He does well in the house and even slept in her bed. We're told he tends toward a couch potato mentality and loves to lounge! He got along great with her children (5 & 12 yrs) and all of her dogs. He did well inside her fenced in back yard after he had been there for several days.
Charley's one vice - he hates cats!
We've all fallen in love with this big guy and his sweet, expressive face!
He has had a rabies shot, 7-way shot, bordetella, and been wormed. He is neutered, HW negative and microchipped.
