Charles Knightly

Charles Knightly, aka Charlie, is an approximately 9 year old pug that has lots of experience with the way of the world! As an older pug, he still enjoys a good stroll around the block, but not too far as his arthritis may act up. If there is one thing in this world this guy loves, it's food! Because of that, he's been on a weight loss journey with us and we want to be sure he continues to stay a healthy weight, to help him love his best possible life! Charlie would be happy to live as a solo dog or with another calm mannered dog. He has great house manners and enjoys a solid 8-10 hours of sleep, especially if it's raining outside. He walks great on leash and knows his basic commands like sit, down, and come! Charles Knightly is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped. His adoption fee due to his senior status is any donation you feel appropriate. Our adoption fee is set to a level to make adoptions happen. They do not cover our costs. All dogs adopted locally through SGDR receive a free six-week session of obedience classes and a lifetime of behavior support through our Project REWARD program with Director/Trainer Ashley Reum.
