Charles is a nice young boy who loves people! Whenever he meets someone new his whole body wags with excitement! He is playful with toys and knows to drop them when asked. He is a little nervous in the shelter and would love to find a home of his own! He can be a little mouthy when he's excited so he will need someone who is able to teach him better manners!
All dogs will be vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
