Charles has been with SparKy for over a year now. He is about 3 years old. We love him dearly, but this boy needs a home he can thrive in. He currently is being fostered by detention center inmates and comes in contact with lots of people and other dogs regularly. Charles is a fun guy to be around. He loves to go for walks and play.
