My Story

Hi! My name is Champ and here are the top 10 reasons to adopt ME! 10. I am housebroken. 9. I am neutered and micro-chipped. 8. I get along well with cats and play nicely with other dogs. 7. I have an incredibly deep “bark” that makes me sound like a big guard dog! 6. I am crate trained and often just “hang out” there on my own. 5. Even though I have a condition called Megaesophagus (see link below), I am able to eat dry premium dog food just like my foster brothers. The only difference is that my foster mom softens it first with warm water, mashes it up and serves it in an elevated dish.(same as my drinking water) Then, I let my meal settle in my tummy for about 45 minutes. http://www.caninemegaesophagus.org/1-Megaesophagus_Brochure.pdf 4. I am learning to walk well on-leash with the help of a Gentle Leader. 3. My coat is long-ish (so I don’t shed so much) and I have some darling curls along my back. 2. I am a smart and playful pup, so I will keep you on your toes! (9 months old on 11/7/09) 1. I am a sweet, cuddly guy with tons of love to share with YOU! If you are interested in learning more about Champ, you may e-mail his foster mom: [email protected] or contact the rescue president, Nancy by phone: 920-606-2597 or e-mail: [email protected] .
