Hello, my name is Cesar! I love my name too, but I'll admit it's a little misleading. You see, once you meet me, you'll realize I'm not really the king or ruling type; in fact, you might say I'm quite chivalrous! I don't mind putting on a harness, and I love going for walks. I'm house trained. And I take treats gently. I also love nap time and car rides. I'm a perfect age: definitely out of puppyhood, but still willing to learn new things with you. And I'm the perfect size for a variety of families. But hey let's go back to walks for a second-- oooh how I love walks. I like walking just a step or two ahead of you, but if I sense you're slowing down, or I see something approaching us (like a bicycle or runner), I'll slow down and walk closer to you. I also don't mind stopping for a bit to enjoy the sights and sounds. I even know how to sit! Oh and if there's an empty playground, let's go on the slide together! That's fun! Honestly, whatever you love doing on walks, I love doing, too. Some say I can be "shy" at first, but I think it's just because I like maintain a respectful distance from things I don't know yet, like a chivalrous knight -- oops, dog-- should do! I will say though that I prefer being with people most of all. Definitely have a soft spot for people. Thus, I would love hoomans who spend quality time with me then take me on walks in the evenings.
