This 9 year old Shih Tzu male is neutered, has his shots and is vaccinated, and ready to go. This jolly, friendly, and still nicely active boy loves life and is attentive and in good health. He was abandoned by his family who no longer had time for him and his simple doggy needs to be a part of the family, and no time to exercise him.  Cesar looks for a forever home where he will be a part of the family dynamic. This black and white handsome boy likely would accept cats and another friendly dog. Good with people, Cesar would like to be the ruler of your heart.
