Hi I am Cesar. I was owned by a person who left me behind in a foreclosed home with no food or water. My foster family agreed to keep him at our apartment until we could find him a home or the owner could pick him up. We have heard that the owner no longer wants the dog and said for us to have him put to sleep if we didn't want to take care of him. Cesar knows how to sit, stay and shake. You can see how gentle he is by the picture of him with our chihuahua. Very sweet and looking for a chance.
