Hi! I'm Celeste! I'm from Arkansas.
From her foster: Celeste is 4 years old and so eager to please. Celeste will need leash, potty and commands training. She is very timid, more with men than women. She is non-reactive with cats and dogs but prefers a dog companion, for confidence. She will need a fenced yard or constant leash, as she is a flight risk. She is smart and responsive. She goes willingly into a crate and calms quickly.
People frighten her, especially reaching, grabbing people, so will need lots of encouragement and gentle training. Probably not a good choice for small children at this point.
