CeCe is what we are going to call a tiger stipe Shar-pei! We have no idea what her mix is but feel she is mostly Shar-pei with a few stripes of something else. Whatever it is she is mixed with has made her very unique looking and full of personality.
CeCe is hoping we can help her find a home. She was at the Vancouver SPCA and was very stressed there. She really needed a place to be nurtured and loved so has been moved to a temporary foster home.
CeCe's past has not been a happy one. We know she will blossom once in a stable home but was not showing well at the shelter due to her stress level there. She is cuddly and full of snuggles once you spend a bit of time with her.
