Cassy is a 48 lb lab cross who may be about 10 years old. Cassy was found tied near the gates of the SPCA PV sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta the morning after a hurricane, with a box full of her puppies. The surviving pups have all found homes in Canada and are thriving. Would be lovely if this mamma also found a home.
Cassy is a calm girl who likes walks with volunteers to check out the scents and sounds of the world. Cassy does well sometimes with cats (but not consistently) so we think she might be best in a home without cats) where she can get all the cuddles. She is good with dogs in the shelter, but reacts if there is a fence. She is keen for affection from visitors.
