Thank you!** Meet Cassie Caring - a 1 YO, Black Lab/Great Dane mix found as a stray with her litter in the middle of nowhere in Mississippi. Their foster mom shares "These pups are just the cutest ever!! The are playful, outgoing, and sweet! They love being outside to play and playing with toys too. They are great with all the dogs here in rescue and we think they would be just fine with cats with proper introductions too. They love absolutely everyone they meet and are great with kids. They are of course young pups who will need adopters committed to training and loving, and CARING for them. They are blossoming in foster care and are so loved - and we know they are going to make wonderful family members!" It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
