Meet Cassie! Cassie is a 4-year-old Pit mix we have available for adoption once again. The odds have been against this girl finding her forever home. She was abandoned by her original owner and has been returned a 2nd time after not getting along with the other dog in the home. Cassie has been very stressed being back in the shelter environment and not adjusting to the change well. She is missing the comfort of a home. Cassie is sweet and loyal to her people. She can sometimes be protective of her family so we suggest a calmer home with minimal traffic. She is completely housebroken. Cassie has been selective with the dogs she has met, and could potentially go into a home with another one as long as it is a good match.
