Casper is a very mild-mannered and sweet little poodle boy! He is 7 yrs old and weighs 9 lbs. Casper has a "slight neurological deficit" which means he has a small tic - most noticeable when he first wakes up. Casper has been thoroughly examined by our vet and no physical or psychological problems were detected. He is happy, very affectionate, and loves attention! Casper will sit on your lap for hours if allowed. He is well-mannered in the house. Casper does NOT SHED but will require professional grooming.
