He is Heartworm Positive, but is currently undergoing treatment. He has striking blue eyes! Casper loves people, other dogs, and loves to run and play. Casper loves to play ball...even though it's mostly keeping it for himself! He is a sweetheart! Housebroken is unknown since he is in a kennel. As with all of our dogs, please bring your children and/or dogs with you to meet Casper prior to adoption. Casper’s adoption fee is $60 and he is neutered and vaccinated.
