Meet Casper! Casper has only been in foster care for a small time and is lovin' it! According to his foster mom, Casper LOVES food and treats. It's probably his favorite thing in the whole world! He is very quiet and only barked a few times because he was copying his housemates. He has yet to have any potty accidents and will let you know when he needs to go by going to the door! He loves giving kisses but to a minimum and understands personal space. He is working on kennel training and is doing GREAT! Casper is looking for his forever home and would be a great addition to any family!
