Casper is a very friendly guy--not a scarey ghost. He is a 3yo Coton rescued from a puppymill. Weighs only 8 pounds--and is looking for a new friend. He loves to cuddle. Cotons have hair --not fur--so they are hypoallergenic. Also minimal shedding. He has been groomed and cut shorter to get rid of all his mats--but one otrtwice a week combing will keep him looking great. He has been neutered, teeth cleaned, all shots updated, heartworm tested and groomed. He has been working very hard on housetraining.
