Casper was a stray for a long time. He was recently brought into our care and has a very nice demeanor. Casper is good with other dogs, cats, and people. He was recently neutered and us up to date on vaccinations. We are not sure whether Casper is housebroken. Being a stray for a long time, Casper is going to need owners who are patient and will work with him on being comfortable in a home.
FURS holds monthly adoptions stands where those interested can meet our four-legged crew available for adoption. Our next adoption stand will be on August 3rd, 11 am - 1 pm, at the Petco in Westchester Commons. (349 Perimeter Drive, Midlothian 23113) We can make alternate arrangements for meeting the FURS dogs but we would require an approved application for adoption. There is no fee or obligation with submitting an adoption application and applications can be completed online at www.fursdogs.com
A required step of our adoption process is to conduct a home visit. Since FURS is a very small, all-volunteer rescue, we can only support our adoption process to homes in the Richmond, VA and surrounding localities area
