Casanova (Cas for short) is approximately 4 years old in these pictures taken July 10, 2010. This very handsome, smart, and loving boy is a shelter favorite. Everyone loves to walk and work with him. One of our teen volunteers has just started working with him to teach him to sit and stay.
Cas is a little hyper on the leash when you first get him out of his kennel. But that is just because he is so happy to get some one on one. He soon settles down and walks just fine on the leash. There isn't a dog on the place that he doesn't get along with. He really enjoys playing with any dog that will play back. Casanova loads easily into a kennel in the car and rides great. He didn't pay much attention to the cats at the vets either. Sniffed and walked away.
Cas is neutered, up-to-date on shots, and is Heartworm negative. He weighed 56.5 pounds at the vet and is on HW preventative.
