Carter

Carter is a 4 year old, Dalmatian mix. He was brought to the shelter after an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina reached for out help. Carter is neutered, updated on his vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, and microchipped. This super outgoing guy would be voted class clown in a heartbeat. He absolutely loves keeping himself entertained with a good old fashioned squeaky toy, or playing fetch with you! Carter loves everyone, including other dogs and kids, but because he can be a rough playmate, we recommend going home with someone that can handle his energy. He would, however, do best in a home without any cats. Carter knows several tricks already, such as sitting on command, but he does need some additional work on his leash manners. Because of this, we recommend walking him with a harness.
