Meet Carter, a charming pup ready for adoption! Carter loves playing with toys and walks nicely on a leash. He is affectionate, attentive, playful, and has a medium energy level, though he can be a little jumpy. There are hints he may be potty trained. While he might seem pretty scared inside his kennel, he truly blossoms once he gets outside. Carter is sure to bring joy and excitement to any home! Carter was part of a playgroup on 7/25/24. He was overwhelmed upon entering the yard from all the others wanting to greet him all at once. He could be awkward at times, attempting to join the fun, but wasn't sure how to. He was friendly and social with a push/pull playstyle. He could be the "fun police" when it began to be too much for him.
