You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Carly is a stray found on a strip mine area in a rural county in KY. She came to the rescuer with her mom and five siblings. She has had an excellent start with her rescuer, but now she needs to find her forever home. As of 8/15, she is 21 weeks, 28 lbs, and has had her shots. She will be spayed before adoption.
