Meet Carlos, the 10-month-old Collie Cattle dog mix who's 45 pounds of pure joy and adventure. This sweetheart of a boy is the perfect blend of energetic and laid-back, making him the ideal companion for both active outings and cozy nights in. After being rescued from a life of neglect, Carlos is eager to embrace the world and all it has to offer. Carlos is a lover of all things fun and active. Whether it’s jogging, skateboarding, or enjoying a boat ride, this pup is always up for an adventure. But don’t be fooled—he's equally happy to chill on the couch for movie night. Starved for attention and playtime, Carlos blossoms with a bit of love and exercise, quickly settling into a calm and content pup. Carlos has had wonderful interactions with all people he meets, including kids. His potential to be an amazing family dog is evident in his sweet and friendly nature. He’s dog-friendly and loves to play with both dogs and kids. He hasn’t shown any aggression and seems to get along well with all dogs he meets, regardless of size or gender. While he’s energetic and still has a bit of puppy in him, Carlos isn’t high-maintenance. He enjoys his exercise but also knows how to relax. A big yard would be fantastic for him, but he could also adapt to apartment living as long as he gets his daily dose of attention and exercise. Carlos isn’t crate trained but does fine when left to roam in a safe environment. Despite his difficult past, he has no known destructive tendencies. Carlos is just thrilled to be out and about, happily soaking up the freedom. Carlos loves water sports, fishing, and boat riding—anything active and fun is right up his alley. He’s ready to be the perfect pet for a family who will love him unconditionally and provide him with the attention he deserves.
