This handsome 2 year old boy was picked up twice for running at large by Animal Control... he was reclaimed and chained to a porch. Then he proceeded to chew up the porch, which a bored dog will do... So now his owner dumped him at AC and isn't coming back :-(. This sweet boy just wants a home that will allow him to come inside and be a part of the family. Being an owner turn in and the fact that this shelter is completely full, he is extremely URGENT!!!!!! Please save Capt Jack!! Thank you!
