Capps became a member of our rescue in the summer of 2023, having been abandoned on a property in a high-risk county in NC. Since finding refuge with us, he has exuded genuine joy at the opportunity for a fresh start. Capps has encountered difficulties with housebreaking and seems to prefer the outdoors over indoor settings. As a result, he is currently accommodated in a 10X30 dog pen while we work through these challenges together. Capps is a spirited, cheerful pup full of energy and a carefree attitude.
