Hi, my name is Canelo! I am approximately twelve months old and weigh 60 pounds. I am probably an American Staffordshire terrier mix. I am a smart, friendly boy and absolutely adore my humans. I get along with other dogs.
I have never been cat tested, so my people are going to say no to a home with furry felines.
I walk well on a leash and would make the perfect hiking dog. I love to go adventuring and enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. If you want to relax, you should know I love to cuddle and have big dreams of being a lap dog. I came into rescue after I was found wandering around a neighborhood. A nice person out for an evening walk saw me and knew I needed a little help. I am house trained and crate trained.
I am in a foster home with small children and do well.
I enjoy my toys but the stuffies don’t last very long. I am also a ball dog.
I am healthy, neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.
