Cam wasn't the biggest fan of our New England winters at first but he's adjusting. His house training is almost done. He has learned to walk on a leash and sit when asked. He has also been well behaved on car rides.
Cam makes some funny noises. Sometimes he makes the silliest grunting sound when he's happy. He's also extremely gentle when taking treats, etc. He'd make a terrific family dog. He's one of his foster family's favorite visitors ever - and they see a lot of dogs!
Update 1/9/10 Cam is a very social, curious little guy. His housebreaking is coming along well. He didn't like being out in the cold at first, but he's getting used to it. He's very good in his crate and always sleeps through the night. He enjoys playing with the resident dogs, but he just can't get over himself when people pay attention to him! If he's being held he's happy! He has loads of energy and if the other dogs don't want to play he'll toss his own toys in the air and then go chase them. At the end of the day he always climbs into his foster Mom's lap and falls asleep. He's the sweetest boy.
Born Aug 15, the litter ranges from 5-10 lbs at almost 4 mos old, that should mean they grow to be around 10-25lbs full grown, so could be a small medium, or may stay small, we cannot guarantee size as we do not know what their mix is. By the looks of them, they are JRT mixes, 2 of them (Candi and Cyndi), both look like they will have longish hair in places.
All of them are sweet and liked to play with the big dogs and the cat.
These puppies are not housetrained, need socialization and are all are quite active little puppies, however, Cam is the most mischievous of the bunch, but also quite charming.
They are looking for stable home owners without small children, that will keep them for THEIR lifetime (15-18 yrs).
