Cali went straight from animal control to a foster-to-adopt home that had been waiting for an adult mastiff type dog. Within a few days we received this email from her hopeful parents, Jenni and Christian.
"OK, so there's NO WAY you're EVER getting this dog back. We are keeping her PERMANENTLY!!! She's so wonderful. I just took her out in the snow up around our place...and we had races...and she likes to eat snow balls. It's pretty funny."
Thank-you to Kristen for alerting us of her need for placement, Michelle and Barry for not only temporarily fostering her but also bringing her over to her Vancouver Island home, and finally Jenni and Christian for falling in love with her!
Simply put, Cali is one phenomenal dog. About 2 years old, and all over people loving. She's got everyone smitten- so much so that she is heading straight into a foster-to-adopt home. If all goes well she will be adopted by her hopeful folks in about a months time.
