Cagney

Cagney is an adorable 6 month old Scottish Terrier mix, weighs 17 lbs. and low shedding. He loves everyone, adults, dogs of all sizes and is great with kids. He is very smart and would probably be good at Agility, he wants to please. He's an outgoing, high-energy puppy that loves to play and when playtime is over curl up in your lap and give kisses. Cagney is crate trained and appears to be housebroken if kept on a schedule. Cagney also likes to bark at cats so a home without cats is suggested.

This organization is run by volunteers only and we try our best to save as many homeless pets as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find on the Pet Rescue website: www.ny-petrescue.org and we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 5 days. Pet Rescue doesn't have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved. If you have any questions, please email us.
