My Story

Byers was found out in the county. Byers has a microchip and it was traced back to Hope Sheltie Rescue but the number to the rescue is disconnected and the web page does not work either. Byers has not been neutered and was running with Belvue when he was picked up. No one called or came to claim him. Byers is believed to be 3-4 years old.
